Return policy at Meem Store is according to the following mechanism only within Riyadh: for reasons related to hygiene, we cannot replace products or refund their price unless they have a defect. 1- Do not open the products and keep them in their original packaging as in their original condition. 2- Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp with photos of the products, to preserve the quality and validity of the product, and it cannot be returned after that, provided you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. 3- The customer bears the shipping fees for the return, which is 50 riyals. 4- (We do not have replacements). 5- If the product arrives damaged, different, or incomplete from your order, we will be happy to resolve your issue by contacting us through customer service to compensate you, and your satisfaction is our goal and always our aim.
